FAQ

Frequently asked

Do you only take e‑commerce?

The core is online stores and B2B portals: Frontbox on top of 1C‑Bitrix, integrations, apps. Also Bitrix24 and AI modules. Describe the task — we will say honestly whether it is ours.

Do you have cases in our industry?

Published ones are here. Some clients are under NDA: ask us directly and we will tell you what we have in your niche.

Where do the numbers come from?

From clients’ Metrica and analytics: speed, bounce rate, conversion, time on site. Where there is no measurement, we do not print a number.

How long does a typical project take?

Frontbox — a demo on your catalog, then weeks to the switch. Services — after a 15-minute brief and a roadmap: the 15-minute brief gives an initial budget range, and we name timelines once we understand the scope.

Do you work outside Moscow and internationally?

Yes: offices in Saint Petersburg and Almaty, clients in Russia, Kazakhstan, the UAE and Europe. We work remotely.

What happens after release?

Frontbox — run on a subscription with an engineer. Services — a retainer with an SLA or a handover with documentation. We do not disappear after launch.

A similar task?

Send a link to your store — on a demo we show what it would look like for you and name the next step.
