Watch Triumph is a watch brand selling under its own label. The primary sales channel was marketplaces — mainly OZON. The problem: commissions of 15–25% were cutting into margins, and dependence on a single platform was a business risk. The goal: launch an independent online store and grow direct sales with no intermediaries.
Solution
Frontbox on a Budget Plan
We chose a Frontbox subscription on the budget tier — enough to launch a full headless store without a large upfront investment. 1C-Bitrix runs under the hood: product management, inventory, and orders — a familiar tool already in use.
OZON Integration Module
We built a module to migrate the catalog from OZON: products, photos, descriptions, and attributes all transferred automatically with no manual data entry. The catalog was ready from day one.
Results
The store launched in 4 weeks. The site is already performing well — the first orders are coming through the brand's own channel. Watch Triumph now has an independent storefront they fully control: pricing, promotions, customer communication — no fees, no marketplace rules.
