1C, CRM, Marketplaces — one data flow

An unsynced 1C loses orders and drains your managers' time. We connect your site to 1C, Bitrix24, RetailCRM, YooKassa, CDEK, Ozon and Wildberries. Simple integrations in 1–2 weeks, complex ones in 3–6 weeks. Queues, retries and monitoring — built in, not optional.

What changes

Four things that will stop consuming your time

  • Data flows automatically

Orders from Ozon and Wildberries land in 1C automatically. Stock levels sync in both directions.

    no manual transfers

  • Fast start

Connecting a payment gateway or delivery service takes 1–2 weeks, not months.

    1–2 wk for simple ones

  • Data always arrives

Message queues with retries keep data in flight even when an API is temporarily down. Alert on failure.

    retries + monitoring

  • Documentation included

After launch you receive the integration diagram, API contracts and a maintenance guide.

How we work

From task to live launch — three steps

First we fix the data schema. Then we build and test. Then we launch with monitoring.

  1. 012–3 days

    Analysis and schema

We study your systems and business processes. We draw the data flow diagram, agree on API contracts, and give a timeline and cost estimate.

  2. 021–5 weeks

    Development and testing

We build the integration: webhooks or queue, data mapping, error handling. We test against real API sandboxes and cover edge cases and failure scenarios.

  3. 031–2 days

    Launch and monitoring

We deploy to production with a monitoring dashboard and alerts. We provide support for the first 30 days.

Data flow

All your existing systems remain untouched.

Reliability

Data arrives — even when the API is down

Integrations break not because they are written badly, but because failure scenarios were not considered. We consider them.

  • Queues with retries

Data goes through a queue. If the API is unavailable — messages wait and are delivered automatically.

  • Incoming data validation

We validate format and consistency before writing. Corrupted data never enters the system.

  • Failure alerts

If an integration stops working — we know first and respond.

  • Audit logs

Every event is traced. When investigating — full history of what happened, when, and why.

Engagement models

One-time project or ongoing support

Have a specific task? We scope it, build it, deliver it. Multiple integrations or APIs that keep changing? We work on retainer: fewer approvals, faster response.

One-time development · T&M

Specific task, end to end

We take one integration — payment, CRM, marketplace, analytics. We fix the scope, give an estimate, and deliver with documentation.

FAQ

Common questions

  • Which systems do you integrate?

CRM/ERP: 1C, Bitrix24, RetailCRM, SAP (via adapter). Payments: YooKassa, CloudPayments, Tinkoff, Stripe. Delivery: CDEK, Boxberry, DPD, Russian Post. Marketplaces: Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market, YML feeds. Analytics: GA4, Yandex Metrika, cross-channel analytics, BigQuery. If your system is not on the list — write to us, we will figure out the API.

  • How much does an integration cost?

Cost depends on complexity. Simple integrations (payment gateway, delivery service) — a few days of development. Complex ones (two-way 1C ↔ marketplace sync, bidirectional CRM exchange) — from two weeks. We send a written estimate and fixed-price quote after a short brief — free, in 2–3 days.

  • How long does development take?

Simple integrations (payment, analytics, delivery webhook) — 1–2 weeks. Complex ones (ERP sync, marketplace feeds with two-way stock sync) — 3–6 weeks. Timeline depends on data volume, mapping complexity and API availability.

  • What happens if a third-party API changes?

On retainer — we track API changelogs, catch changes before something breaks, and update the code in a planned manner. For one-time projects — you keep the documentation and code, and can contact us or another developer.

  • How do you guarantee data will not be lost?

Through queues with retries. Data goes into a queue — if the API is unavailable it waits and is delivered when the system recovers. Every event is logged: when investigating you can see exactly what happened and when.

  • Do we need to change 1C-Bitrix or 1C?

No. We connect via API and webhooks. Your 1C-Bitrix, 1C and CRM stay as they are — we build an integration layer on top. No changes to existing systems.

  • Can you integrate multiple marketplaces at the same time?

Yes. We build one integration with your PIM/ERP and connect multiple marketplaces to it via adapters. Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market — each has its own data formats and feed requirements, all handled at the mapping level.

  • What does post-launch support look like?

After a one-time project — 30 days of monitoring included. After that — retainer or on-demand. On retainer — continuous monitoring, planned improvements, response to API changes within the monthly hour pool.
