Is the price fixed or “from”?
Fixed: Light $210, Standard $390, Premium $720 per month. There is no setup fee — setup uses the included programmer hours. Your price stays locked while payments are continuous.
How many programmer hours are included?
Every plan includes programmer hours; the amount depends on the plan. An extra hour is ~$28. Work is led by a priority specialist, with a backup when needed.
Any hidden fees — hosting, updates, commissions?
No. Hosting, servers, backups, updates and releases are in the subscription. No transaction fees. Only hours beyond the included ones (~$28/hour) and the mobile app (+$220/mo) are billed separately.
What is White Label?
Frontbox installed in your own infrastructure: $1,050/mo for 18 months. Terms after that period, including those on the code, are agreed individually in the contract.
What if we decide to leave?
After the storefront is switched off you keep one month of cabinet access to export your catalog, blog and materials. Your backend, catalog and orders stay in your 1C‑Bitrix anyway.
Can we start with Light and grow?
Yes, switching plans needs no reinstall: same product, more automation switched on.
How do we pay?
Monthly by invoice. Legal entities in Russia and Kazakhstan, contract and closing documents.
