Pricing

Budget ranges upfront — no "we'll figure it out on a call"

An opaque estimate means a blown budget halfway through the project. We publish prices because it immediately filters out 70% of mismatched requests and saves both sides time. A detailed written quote with options lands within 48 hours of a 15-minute brief.

  • Quote in 48h
  • Kickoff in 5–7 days

How billing works

Four principles that reduce financial risk

  • Scope before budget

Every package starts with a written scope and acceptance criteria. No "extra work" without a written impact assessment on timeline and cost.

    before development starts

  • Go / no-go between phases

Audit, pilot and rollout are three separate decisions. You are not pulled into a large contract before the numbers confirm it makes sense.

    three exit points

  • KPI-linked without hand-waving

When a pilot uses an outcome model, KPI, measurement method and risk-share are written into the scope before kickoff. Replatforming and custom work are estimated from scope.

    terms before kickoff

  • Quote in 48 hours

After a 15-minute brief — a detailed quote with options, phase breakdown and locked assumptions.

    no drawn-out negotiations

Three packages

Choose the format that fits your task and budget

Headless Pilot — validate the hypothesis without a large budget. Headless Replatform — full store migration. AI Pilot with KPI — AI on one process with a measurable outcome.

Validate the hypothesis

Headless Pilot

We launch a live storefront on one catalog section in 2–4 weeks. You see results before committing a large budget. KPI and risk-share are agreed in the pilot scope before kickoff.

Subscriptions & retainer

After launch — MRR, not one-off invoices

E-commerce does not stop after the first release. After the project phase move into a predictable subscription or retainer — without surprise "per-ticket" fees.

Frontbox Subscription

from $400 / month

  • Headless frontend with core updates
  • 5 support hours per month
  • Monitoring, backups, hosting on our servers
  • Optional: native iOS + Android app (+$220/mo)
Enterprise

Retainer + 99.9% SLA

from $4,000 / month

  • 20–40 dev and support hours per month
  • Financial penalty for downtime (% of retainer)
  • Proactive observability, quarterly strategy sessions
  • Priority in the task queue

Enterprise Partner Network (CSM, 99.95% SLA, priority development, quarterly plans) — on request at /en/contact.

Risk reversal

Why the commercial risk is lower than with a typical agency

We do not ask you to absorb all the risk at signing. The commercial model is designed so you validate the outcome first, then scale the budget.

  • Scope is fixed before development starts

Every package starts with a written scope, timeline and acceptance criteria. Changes are priced separately before work begins.

  • Go / no-go gates between phases

Audit, pilot and rollout are separate decisions. You are not pulled into a large contract before the numbers make sense.

  • Risk is shared in writing, not promised in chat

For pilots we define KPI, baseline, measurement method and commercial consequences before kickoff. For support, penalties and SLA are written into the contract.

FAQ

About payment, scope and risks

  • How fast can we start?

Kickoff in 5–7 days after contract signing. Free technical audit — within 48 hours, first working pilot deliverable — within two weeks.

  • Why not 'from $500'?

Because that's the range for Tilda sites and AI builders. Our floor is where you need headless architecture, 1C integration or AI with a measurable outcome.

  • What if the KPI isn't hit?

It depends on the pilot terms. Before kickoff we write down the KPI, baseline, measurement method and risk-share: discount, KPI bonus or another clear mechanism. Source code and agreed artefacts stay with the client under the contract.

  • How do scope changes work?

Every change is a written change request with hours, timeline and release impact. Executed only after signing.

  • What contract formats do you use?

Fixed price is a fit for productized Frontbox formats and small phases with a clear scope. For replatforming, integrations and custom development we estimate after discovery, use Time & Materials with a CAP, or agree a phased scope. Each phase has a separate acceptance act with a clear deliverable.

  • Can we start small and scale up?

Yes. The standard path: Headless Pilot (2–4 weeks, from $5,500) → Headless Replatform decision after pilot data, scope review and integration estimate. At each point there is a go / no-go with no obligation to the next phase.

  • Who is Headless Pilot for versus Replatform?

Headless Pilot — when you need to validate a hypothesis before a large budget or convince stakeholders with data. Headless Replatform — when the decision is made and you need a full migration with the backend preserved.

  • What is included in the free audit?

In 48 hours: a review of the site, stack, speed and catalog, an audit of Bitrix integrations, and an assessment of size and complexity. You get a bottleneck map, base and optional scope, dependencies and a preliminary budget range by phase. The audit is free and carries no obligation.

  • How does payment work — upfront or by phase?

By phase. Each phase is closed with an acceptance act and invoiced separately. For fixed-price Frontbox formats or small scoped phases: 30–50% upfront at phase start, remainder on delivery. For retainer: monthly invoice at the start of the period.

  • Are there hidden costs after launch?

No. In the Frontbox subscription hosting, monitoring, backups and 5 hours of changes are included. Additional features are billed hourly with a prior estimate. In retainer — the hour bucket is fixed, overages are agreed in advance.
