Product descriptions and SEO fields for 1C-Bitrix

Content Factory finds products and categories with missing, short or outdated descriptions. It prepares copy and SEO fields from your catalog facts and writes them to 1C-Bitrix. Review every change side by side and restore the previous version with one click.

Connects to your existing 1C-Bitrix store through a module. Prices, stock, product attributes and images stay under your existing process.

Already used by customers alongside Frontbox. For your store, we first check the catalog, 1C data synchronization and how your template displays descriptions and SEO fields.

Your catalog grows faster than your content team

A catalog content workflow for 1C-Bitrix stores: find weak pages, prioritize them and update their content.

  • Product and category pages lose search visibility, with no clear explanation.
  • Thousands of product pages have no description, or repeat the same supplier copy as other stores.
  • Template-generated metadata creates duplicate page titles across the catalog.
  • Your marketer is ready to update content, but each change waits for a developer.
  • A generator produces thousands of similar descriptions, with no manageable review process.

Your team keeps control

  • Set tone of voice and editorial rules.
  • Set daily limits and pause any category.
  • Create manual tasks for priority categories.
  • Enable or disable automatic updates.
  • Restore any previous version.
  • Use account roles to control who can view and edit.

A B2B metals catalog

For a large B2B catalog with product, category and blog pages losing search visibility, we set up regular updates to descriptions and metadata. Pages important to the business receive higher priority.

Routine updates are handled by the system. The customer’s marketer supplies keyword groups that become tasks and article topics. The team reviews a sample of materials and checks analytics after publication to adjust the next steps.

Blog articles answer specific buyer questions and link to relevant products.

From an empty product page to published copy, with controls at each step

    Audit

Scan products and categories for missing or short descriptions, missing SEO fields, duplicate titles and stale pages. Each page receives a priority score.

  2. 02

Turn audit findings into tasks within your daily update limit. Pages edited by your staff in the last seven days are protected.

  3. 03

    Write from facts

Prepare descriptions, summaries and SEO fields under your store’s editorial rules. Facts come from product attributes and category data. No invented discounts, delivery promises or price claims.

Before publishing, sanitize HTML and check length, title uniqueness and internal link destinations.

  5. 05

    Publish to 1C-Bitrix

Questions before you connect

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on your catalog size and scope. We provide a quote after reviewing the catalog.

Do I need the Frontbox storefront?

Content Factory is a separate product and also works alongside Frontbox. It writes to standard 1C-Bitrix fields through a module. For another template, we first check compatibility, field output and 1C synchronization.

What do you need from us?

Access to install the module, a person to agree on editorial rules and, where available, access to analytics and webmaster tools. Our developer installs the module. Access is arranged separately after the initial request.

How is AI-generated content checked?

Copy uses catalog facts, with automated checks before publishing and human review of a sample. Automated checks cover length, duplicate titles and links, but cannot catch every factual error. We start with a small daily limit, store-specific rules and rollback.

Will the content be unique?

Page titles are made unique automatically. Descriptions of similar products can still be close in wording, so we use editorial rules and sample review. Full automated description uniqueness checking is not yet available.

Can AI content hurt search visibility?

Useful, accurate content matters. Mass-produced pages with little value can create problems. We update pages by priority, with daily limits, product facts, review and index monitoring. No provider can promise how search engines will respond.

Do you guarantee more traffic?

No. We track which pages were updated, what changed and what happened to their views afterwards. Your team and ours use those observations to decide the next steps.

What happens to prices, stock and images?

The queue updates descriptions and SEO fields only. If 1C synchronization overwrites descriptions, we adjust that process during setup.

Why not just use ChatGPT?

A writing assistant can draft copy. Someone still needs to select pages, collect facts, publish to 1C-Bitrix, protect recent edits, retain old versions and review the outcome. Content Factory manages that workflow.

Can we turn it off?

Yes. Disable automatic updates in your account and restore individual changes whenever needed.
