Service · Headless Pilot - One category in production in 2–4 weeks. KPI not met — pilot at no charge.

The most expensive way to evaluate headless is to migrate the entire site and only then see the numbers. We do the opposite: in 2–4 weeks we put one category live in production, measure LCP, conversion and bounce — and you make the Full Replatform decision on real data. Backend stays on 1C‑Bitrix throughout.

Result guarantee

KPI not met— pilot at no charge
Source code is yourseven if you don't continue
Fixed priceno surprise invoices mid-project

What's included - Full scope of one category — from catalog to checkout

Catalog Probe in 3 days

Before development starts, we load your CSV/XML into Frontbox and deploy a preview on a subdomain. You see real speed and search on your actual data before any integration work.

One category fully live in production

PDP, listing, filters, cart, checkout and payment — full scope for one section of your catalog. Live on real traffic, not staging.

1C‑Bitrix integration (read-only)

We connect to your Bitrix via API: products, stock, prices, categories. Backend, 1C, CRM and marketplaces remain untouched.

Before & after metrics

LCP, TTFB, conversion rate, bounce — measured before kickoff and after 2 weeks in production. Report formatted for CFO and board presentation.

Source code stays with you

Even if you decide not to continue — all pilot code is transferred to you. No vendor lock-in.

What's not included - Explicit out-of-scope — no surprises mid-project

The pilot is deliberately scoped to one category and one integration set. This isn't a limitation — it's how you get a measurable result in 2–4 weeks instead of 4 months.

  • Full catalog migration — that is the next step (Headless Replatform)
  • Backend changes to 1C‑Bitrix, 1C or CRM
  • All delivery and payment integrations at once — we configure one provider for the pilot
  • AI personalization and semantic search — that is the AI Pilot package
  • Traffic growth guarantee — we own the technical results, not your ad spend

How the pilot runs - Four stages, fixed timeline

  • Catalog & audit · days 1–3. Catalog Probe: load CSV/XML, deploy preview. Audit Bitrix integrations — payments, delivery, 1C sync, marketplaces — to understand what the pilot actually needs.
  • Storefront build · weeks 1–2. Frontbox on the selected category: PDP, listing with filters, cart. Elasticsearch search configured for your attributes — morphology, synonyms, autocomplete.
  • Integration & staging · week 2–3. Connect payment and delivery (one provider). Staging testing: load, SEO, cross-browser. Sign-off with your team.
  • Launch & measurement · week 3–4. Deploy to production subdomain or A/B split. Measure LCP / CR / bounce before and after. Report with metrics and a go / no-go recommendation.

Who it's for - Three situations where pilot is the right first step

Need to show the board numbers, not decks

Pilot gives you real production metrics — LCP, CR — on your actual catalog for a fixed fee from $5.5K. More convincing than any vendor presentation.

Want to vet the vendor before the full replatform

We hit the pilot scope and timeline — or it's free. Source code is yours regardless. Zero-risk way to evaluate us.

Large catalog and full migration feels risky right now

Start with one category, validate integrations, see metrics. Then scale gradually — without risking the whole store.

Guarantee: KPI not met — pilot at no charge. Source code is yours either way.

We lock in target metrics in the contract before kickoff. If they aren't hit through any fault of ours — we refund the full pilot cost. Code is transferred regardless of outcome. Pilot cost is credited toward Full Replatform if you continue.

FAQ - Common questions about the pilot

  • Is Catalog Probe required before the pilot?. It's included in the pilot cost and takes the first 3 days. If you've already run a Probe, we credit it and shorten the pilot timeline accordingly.
  • Which category should we choose?. We decide together during discovery: usually your highest-traffic category with a low mobile conversion rate, or the one with the most critical LCP issue. We help you choose on the first call.
  • What exactly does 'KPI not met — pilot at no charge' mean?. Before kickoff we agree on KPIs in the contract — typically LCP ≤ 2s on 4G and conversion no lower than baseline. If those aren't reached through our fault — we refund the payment.
  • Does the pilot commit us to a full replatform?. No. After the pilot you decide independently — based on real data. If you don't want to continue, the code stays with you and we part without issues.
  • Can the pilot cost be credited toward the replatform?. Yes. The pilot cost is credited toward the first phase of Headless Replatform if you continue.
