Service · Catalog Probe - Upload your catalog — in 3 days you have a working headless store

No integrations, no backend access required. Send us a CSV or XML export — we deploy a headless storefront on Frontbox and spin it up on a subdomain. In 3 days you see it live: speed, search, filters, mobile performance — all on your real catalog. This is the entry point before a pilot: real data instead of promises.

What you get - Four things you'll see in 3 days

Probe is not a presentation or a mockup. It is a live store on a subdomain with your catalog — something you can open on a phone and show to the board.

Real speed on your catalog

TTFB, LCP, search response — in milliseconds, on your actual data. Not a demo, not a mock — your real product catalog.

Typical result: TTFB 80–150 ms, search < 100 ms

Elasticsearch search in 88 ms

Full-text search with morphology, synonyms, facets, and autocomplete — configured for your attributes. Customers type "warm winter jacket" and find the right category.

"0 results" share drops to near zero

Decision data for your CTO and CFO

Before/after speed comparison, conversion uplift projection, technical report. Everything you need to make a data-driven go/no-go call.

Go/No-Go based on numbers, not promises

Fixed price, backend untouched

No integrations, no changes to your Bitrix or 1C. Just your CSV/XML or API export. Fixed price, fixed timeline.

Zero risk to your current store operations

How it works - Three steps — from export to a working store

The entire process takes 3 business days. You spend 1–2 hours preparing the file — we handle the rest.

  • Day 1 · You send your catalog export. CSV or XML in a standard format: Bitrix, Yandex.Market YML, or 1C. If you need help generating the export — we'll sort it in an hour. No server access or CMS credentials required.
  • Day 1–2 · We index the catalog in Elasticsearch. We configure field mapping, morphological analyzer, synonyms, and facets based on your attributes. We deploy Frontbox on a test subdomain with your catalog data.
  • Day 3 · You see a working storefront. A link to the subdomain with a full storefront: product listing, search, product cards, filters, mobile view. Plus a report with metrics: TTFB, search response time, Core Web Vitals — and a comparison with your current site.

Who it is for - Three situations where Catalog Probe is the right first step

  • "I want to show the board what headless looks like before asking for budget". Probe gives you a live demo on your own catalog — not an abstract tech conversation, but concrete speed numbers and a real store they can interact with.
  • "We are considering a migration but worried it might not be worth it". After Probe you have data: exactly how much faster a headless storefront runs on your specific catalog. The go/no-go stops being a gut feeling.
  • "We want to benchmark vendors on our real catalog". Run Probe with us and you get an independent benchmark to compare any other proposals against — all on the same data set.

FAQ - Common questions about Catalog Probe

  • What format does the catalog export need to be in?. CSV or XML: standard Bitrix format, Yandex.Market YML, or 1C. Non-standard formats are fine — we adapt them on our side in 1–2 hours.
  • Do you need access to our server or CMS?. No. Just the catalog file. No VPN, no SSH, no Bitrix or 1C credentials.
  • Does Catalog Probe commit us to buying a pilot?. No, it is a standalone service with a fixed price. After Probe you decide whether to continue with a pilot. No obligations either way.
  • What happens after Probe?. You receive a metrics report and a pilot proposal — if you are interested. If you decide to move forward, the Probe cost is applied towards the pilot.

Send your catalog — see the result in 3 days.

Fixed price, fixed timeline. Backend untouched. If you decide to run a pilot after Probe, the Probe cost is credited towards it.
